1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using InvProx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use InvProx. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the App

InvProx is designed to help individuals and small businesses create and manage invoices and client information. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the app to create fraudulent invoices, misrepresent your identity, or engage in any deceptive practices.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email address and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@invprox.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Access

InvProx is a subscription-based application. New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.

Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Both plans include the same 14-day free trial. Current pricing is shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

You will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and your Apple Account will be charged for the plan you selected.

If your trial ends without an active subscription, your account moves to read-only access. You can continue to open the app and view your existing invoices, estimates, clients, and business profile. Creating, editing, or saving records, and downloading or sending documents, require an active subscription. Your data is retained and becomes fully accessible again if you subscribe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.

We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing. Changes to the price of an existing subscription will take effect only after notice to you and will not apply to the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property and Ownership

All content, branding, logos, and software associated with InvProx are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without prior written permission.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app. You do not acquire ownership of the app or any part of it, regardless of terms such as "purchase" used in the App Store or within the app.

The invoices, estimates, clients, and business information you create in InvProx remain yours. We claim no ownership over your content.

If you submit comments, suggestions, or feedback about InvProx, we may use them freely to improve the app, without restriction or obligation to you.

6. Disclaimer

InvProx is a tool to assist with invoice creation and management. It does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your invoices comply with applicable tax laws and regulations. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information generated by the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of InvProx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Your continued use of InvProx after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
