InvProx Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you use InvProx, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and business details. We also collect the content you create within the app, such as invoice data and client information. This also includes files you upload, such as your business logo. We do not collect any information without your knowledge.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to operate and improve InvProx. This includes enabling you to create and manage invoices, store client details, and access your account across devices. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with the service providers required to operate the app: Supabase (database and authentication) and RevenueCat (subscription management), each strictly for that purpose and subject to confidentiality obligations.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

We use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, to verify and manage your subscription status. RevenueCat receives transaction information from Apple (such as which plan you purchased, purchase and renewal dates, and trial eligibility) and associates it with your InvProx account identifier so that your subscription is recognised when you sign in.

RevenueCat does not receive your invoice, client, or business data.

6. Your Invoice and Client Data

All invoices and client records you create in InvProx belong to you. You can delete your data at any time through the app. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

7. Analytics

InvProx does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not track your behaviour within the app or build advertising profiles. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and notify you.

8. Children's Privacy

InvProx is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Your continued use of InvProx after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
